Each of those systems can fail on its own, so many visits start by working out which one has stopped rather than whether the whole refrigerator has.

Most Electrolux service is on French door refrigerators, with multi-door models carrying a Custom-Flex Temp drawer and single-door refrigerator and freezer columns alongside. The drawer and ice-maker layout differs across these, so the model number matters before the visit.
Ice made in the fresh food compartment
The dispenser ice maker on these French door models sits in the fresh food side and is switched from the touch panel; select models add a second ice maker in the freezer. Turning the fresh food ice maker off also disables ice dispensing while water still works, which explains a surprising number of no-ice calls.
A drawer with its own fan and damper
The Perfect Temp drawer holds a temperature that can be colder, warmer or the same as the fresh food section, using its own fan and a motorized damper. A warm drawer beside a normal refrigerator therefore points at the drawer's own parts, not the main cooling system.
Glass controls that can switch cooling off
The Wave-Touch and IQ-Touch panels respond to a light touch on the glass. Holding the on/off icon turns the cooling system off for cleaning while power stays on and the display reads OFF, so a warm unit showing OFF may simply have been switched off.
Two filters, not one
These models have separate water and air filtering systems. The PureAdvantage air filter is meant to be changed every six months, and Electrolux notes that unusually small cubes appearing often can mean low water pressure or a water filter near the end of its life.
Parts
Common ice maker, fan and valve parts are generally obtainable. Model-specific items such as the glass touch control, drawer assemblies and trim are the ones more likely to take longer to arrive.
Repair or replace
Usually worth repairing through the middle of its life, especially for ice, drawer and control problems. A counter-depth unit fitted to its opening also makes replacement a fitting question as well as an appliance one.
