Unplug the unit and leave the doors open for a few hours so any ice around the fan can melt.
Dry the compartment, plug it back in and close the doors.
If 22E comes back, book a visit — repeated ice points at a sealing or defrost problem, or at the fan itself.

Do not chip at ice around the fan to free it. The blade and the housing crack easily, and melting it costs nothing.
