What H2 LO
actually means.
The water dispenser has locked itself. It does this when a gallon of water goes out within 15 minutes, or when the water valve stays open for 150 seconds straight. Sub-Zero describes it as a safety feature meant to keep a stuck key from flooding the house. It unlocks by itself after 45 minutes.

Cleared?
Nothing needed repairing. If the refrigerator does not settle back to temperature, that is a separate problem.
What not to do
It does not mean the water line or valve has failed. It is a lock that the dispenser set on purpose.
