A blinking CL where the refrigerator temperature normally shows is a reminder to clean the condenser coil. Viking suggests cleaning it about every six months, and sooner after dusty work near the unit. Once the coil is clean, you clear the reminder by hand.

Turn off the main power switch behind the top access panel.
Take out the bottom freezer drawer, the kick plate and the access panel, then vacuum the front of the coil. Viking advises against a duster because it can damage the fins.
Put the panels back and switch the power on.
Hold the up and down arrow keys together for 3 seconds to clear CL.
Cleared?
Nothing needed repairing. If the refrigerator does not settle back to temperature, that is a separate problem.

CL is a maintenance reminder, not a repair code. Viking notes that cleaning the condenser is not covered under the warranty.
