The control has lost a sensible reading from the freezer temperature sensor, either because the circuit is shorted or because it has come disconnected. Without that reading the board cannot judge the freezer properly. LG gives no owner steps for this one.

Note the code, bearing in mind that the S can look like a 5 on the display, and the model number.
Put a thermometer in the freezer so you know the real temperature while you wait.
Book a repair visit and mention the exact code when you do.
What not to do
Do not read F5 as a separate code; on this display it is FS. And a sensor code is not a reason to replace the control board until the sensor and its wiring have been measured.
