The thermistor circuit for a zone reads as open. The thermistor is the sensor the control uses for that zone's temperature. On dual-zone units, L or R shows which side. U-Line gives no owner fix for this; the answer is to contact customer care.

Leave a bottle of water with an accurate thermometer in that zone for 24 hours, as U-Line describes. The display may not reflect the real temperature while the sensor circuit is open. Zone T Short is a different reading from the same circuit.
