The main control has lost its connection to the display on the front of the unit. That is all this message says. U-Line's first step is a power reset, and customer care comes in only if the message keeps coming back.

Check whether No Comm clears and the display works normally.
If it comes back, contact U-Line Customer Care with the model number.
