Open either fresh food door, then press and hold Refrigerator Temp and Ultra Ice together for five seconds.
Listen for the beep and look for the temperature settings on the display, which confirm the mode is off.
Wait several hours before loading food, and book a visit if the cabinet stays warm with OFF gone.

Nothing needed repairing. If the refrigerator does not settle back to temperature, that is a separate problem.
