CC reports that the temperature in the fresh food section is wrong. The first thing it asks you to check is the temperature control itself. A setting that was moved produces this code as readily as a problem does.

Before you book,

Each step comes from Café's own guidance for CC on its refrigerators. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Open Settings, select Fridge and confirm the set point; Café presets it at 37°F.
Allow a few hours after any change and then check with a thermometer.
Restart the unit by cutting power for a minute or two.
If the setting is right and the temperature is still off, book a visit.
