What Check Cond
actually means.
Check Cond is a reminder, not an alarm about a failure: every six months Bertazzoni's column refrigerators ask for the condenser behind the toe kick to be cleaned. The reminder only appears if the condenser cleaning warning was enabled in the maintenance settings. Once the cleaning is done, resetting it starts the next six-month count.

Switch the column off with the Unit button (hold about 3 seconds) and wait about 30 minutes for the condenser to cool.
Remove the grille under the door and vacuum the condenser and filter with a soft brush attachment.
Refit the grille, switch the unit back on and touch the reset icon to restart the six-month reminder.
If you would rather not be reminded, the manual lets you turn the warning off in the maintenance settings.
