OF on a Signature Kitchen Suite panel means the unit is in its store display setting, which SKS calls Display Mode or Demo Mode. The panel still lights up and responds, but cooling has been switched off to save energy on a showroom floor.

Each step comes from SKS's own guidance for OF on its refrigerators. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Wake the panel first by pressing the compartment button (Refrigerator, Freezer or Lower, depending on the model).
On columns and the SKSFD3604P, hold that button together with Water Filter Reset until it beeps and a temperature shows.
On the SKSSB4202S side-by-side, hold Refrigerator and Ice Plus for five seconds; on SKSUD2402P drawers, hold Lower and press Wi-Fi three times.
Give the cabinet time to get cold before loading food; book a visit only if it still is not cooling once the temperature setting is back on the display.
Cleared?
Nothing needed repairing. If the refrigerator does not settle back to temperature, that is a separate problem.

OF is not a sealed-system problem. A column that shows OF has simply been told not to cool, and no refrigerant or compressor repair is involved.
