What HI
actually means.
A blinking HI, or H, with a tone means a compartment has been too warm for over an hour. Frigidaire sets the limits at 26°F for the freezer and 55°F for the refrigerator. A door left open is the usual reason; a moved temperature setting or a gasket that is not sealing can also cause it.

A light or a message asking for a visit. It says that something wants attention, not what, so the visit starts with a diagnosis.

Blinks with a tone on most panels; models with a Clear Alerts button repeat the alarm every 60 seconds until it is acknowledged.
Before you book,
in this order.
Each step comes from Frigidaire's own guidance for HI on its refrigerators. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit.
Shut the doors properly and check the gaskets seal all the way round.
Press Clear Alerts; the first press shows the warmest temperature the cabinet reached.
Use that figure to decide what food to keep.
If it keeps returning with the doors shut, book a visit.
What not to do
Muting the alarm does not end it. The indicator stays lit until the temperature is back to normal.
