Press the alarm button to silence it. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### I silenced the Viking high temperature alarm, so why is the display still flashing? Silencing only mutes the sound. The display keeps flashing until the compartment drops back to its normal temperature. That flashing is your cue to keep watching the temperature. ### How is the Viking high temperature alarm different from the door alarm? The door alarm goes off after a door or drawer has been open for 3 minutes and stops once it is closed. The high temperature alarm means the compartment itself has passed the upper limit. If it keeps flashing and food is warming, move the food and arrange service. --- **[Read on the site: Viking refrigerator showing High Temperature Alarm](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/viking-high-temperature-alarm/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
