U-Line's first step is a power reset, and customer care comes in only if the message keeps coming back. Disconnect the unit from power, then reconnect it. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Is my U-Line cooling with No Comm on the display? The message is only about the link between the main control and the front display. It says nothing about temperature, so check that separately with a thermometer. Don't assume cooling has stopped because of No Comm alone. ### Why does No Comm keep returning on my U-Line after I unplug it? A power reset is U-Line's only owner step. If the message persists, contact U-Line Customer Care with the model number.
