Turn off the unit's breaker at the home panel for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Does Sub-Zero 10 R 00 mean my freezer sensor is bad? No, the R marks the refrigerator side. This code says the fresh food evaporator thermistor reads open; the freezer version would be 10 F 00. Watch whether the fresh food section still holds temperature. ### Why did 10 R 00 come back after I reset the breaker? A 30-second breaker reset is the only owner step Sub-Zero allows for an open thermistor. A return means the sensor circuit still reads open and a technician has to trace it. Pass along all three parts of the code when you book. --- **[Read on the site: Sub-Zero refrigerator showing 10 R 00](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/sub-zero-10-r-00/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
