The interior light and alarms go quiet, the dispenser stops, and only sb and two keys stay on the panel, while cooling carries on. SKS refrigerator display · also shown as Sb What to do when sb shows on the refrigerator ### Kind of code Mode, not a failure A setting somebody chose, or an alert it raised on purpose — a showroom mode, a door or power alarm. Nothing has broken and no part is needed. ### Usually leads to No repair Hold the same two keys that switched it on for three seconds: on columns and the SKSCR2401P, Refrigerator (or Freezer) with POWER; on the SKSFD3604P, Freezer with POWER; on SKSUD2402P drawers, Wi-Fi with Lock. ### Shows up as Refrigerator Light Not Working A small problem, except when it is the first sign of something larger. ### Make SKS Signature Kitchen Suite, LG's luxury built-in brand: column, built-in and French door refrigeration. ### Source SKS integrated column refrigerator owner's manual (sksappliances.com PDF) Shown as sb on current SKS column refrigerators and freezers, the SKSFD3604P and SKSUD2402P drawers, and as Sb in the older SKSCR2401P manual. On the SKSSB4202S side-by-side, Sabbath is offered through the ThinQ app instead. ## Before you book, in this order. Each step comes from SKS's own guidance for sb on its refrigerators. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Hold the same two keys that switched it on for three seconds: on columns and the SKSCR2401P, Refrigerator (or Freezer) with POWER; on the SKSFD3604P, Freezer with POWER; on SKSUD2402P drawers, Wi-Fi with Lock. 02 Or simply wait: SKS ends Sabbath mode on its own after 96 hours. 03 If you use Smart Grid, switch it on again afterwards, because Sabbath mode turns it off. ### Cleared? Nothing needed repairing. If the refrigerator does not settle back to temperature, that is a separate problem. ### What not to do sb is not a dead light bulb or a broken dispenser. Both are paused on purpose while the mode is on, and they come back when it ends. ## What you may notice with it. The refrigerator problems sb tends to arrive with. Hold the same two keys that switched it on for three seconds: on columns and the SKSCR2401P, Refrigerator (or Freezer) with POWER; on the SKSFD3604P, Freezer with POWER; on SKSUD2402P drawers, Wi-Fi with Lock. ### Why won't my SKS dispenser work while sb is showing? Sabbath mode pauses the dispenser along with the interior light and the alarms. Turning the mode off, or letting it end, brings them all back. ### Does a power outage cancel sb on an SKS? No. SKS keeps Sabbath mode on through a power cut, so sb will still be there when the power returns until you switch it off or the 96 hours run out. --- **[Read on the site: SKS refrigerator showing sb | RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/sks-sb/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
