Look for heavy frost on the rear panel inside the freezer. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why does my Monogram slowly lose cooling after dE? Frost that the defrost system did not melt keeps choking the airflow over the coil. The effect builds over time, which is why both compartments are worth watching for a day. ### Is Monogram dE the same as capital DE? No, capital DE on the same list is demonstration mode with cooling off on purpose. Lower-case dE is the defrost warning. --- **[Read on the site: Monogram refrigerator showing dE | RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/monogram-de/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
