Note the code and the model number. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Is rT on my LG telling me the kitchen is too hot? No, rT concerns the room temperature sensor itself, whose circuit is shorted or open. A too-warm or too-cold room has its own separate message on LG displays. ### Can I keep using my LG with rT on the display? Check that both compartments are holding temperature, since the code is about a sensor rather than cooling itself. LG lists no owner steps, so book a visit with the model number. --- **[Read on the site: LG refrigerator showing rT | RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/lg-rt/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
