Reset once by unplugging the unit briefly. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### What does SY CE mean on an Electrolux refrigerator? Electrolux names SY CE as a code that needs service without explaining it. The Frigidaire service sheet from the same maker describes it as the display and main boards losing contact after a period of running. ### Should I buy a new board for Electrolux SY CE? No, a connection problem produces the same code as either board failing. Reset once by unplugging briefly, and book a diagnosis if SY CE returns. --- **[Read on the site: Electrolux refrigerator showing SY CE](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/electrolux-sy-ce/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
