Check the back wall inside the freezer for a heavy layer of frost. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Is dE the same as DE on my Café? No, the lower-case dE is a defrost system problem, while capital DE is demonstration mode with cooling switched off on purpose. Look carefully at the first letter before acting. ### What should I watch for after dE on a Café? Look for a thick frost layer on the freezer back wall and track both temperatures over the following day. If dE shows again after a power reset, book a visit. --- **[Read on the site: Café refrigerator showing dE | RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/error-codes/cafe-de/)** **[Book a visit with RefrigeratorRepair.center](https://refrigeratorrepair.center/schedule/)**
