LL means the child lock is switched on, so the panel ignores every key except the one that controls the lock. Cooling carries on exactly as before; the lock only stops a stray hand from changing the settings. Other Asko panels may set the lock with a different key or show no letters for it at all. ## Before you book, in this order. Each step comes from ASKO's own guidance for LL on its refrigerators. Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Find the key marked ECO with the lock symbol; on this model it doubles as the child lock control. 02 Hold that key for three seconds and watch LL leave the display. 03 Make the change you wanted, then hold the same key again for three seconds if you want the lock back on. 04 If LL will not clear after a proper three-second hold, book a visit so the panel can be looked at. ### Cleared? Nothing needed repairing. If the refrigerator does not settle back to temperature, that is a separate problem. ### What not to do LL is not a frozen keypad. Find the key marked ECO with the lock symbol; on this model it doubles as the child lock control. ### Is my Asko still cooling while LL is on the display? Yes, the child lock only blocks the keypad and has no effect on temperature control. The fridge keeps running at the settings it had when the lock went on. ### How is LL on an Asko R31442I different from keys that have stopped working? LL is a lock you can release by holding the ECO key with the lock symbol for three seconds.
